Warranty Coverage

  • All electronic devices are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty includes repair services and spare parts at no additional cost to the customer.

  • If a product cannot be repaired, Memo’sMart reserves the right to replace it with a similar model of equal value.


Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

  • The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and normal usage of the device.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or lack of proper maintenance is not covered under this warranty.


How to Claim Warranty

Exclusions
