Warranty Coverage

All electronic devices are covered by a 2-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.

The warranty includes repair services and spare parts at no additional cost to the customer. 
- 
If a product cannot be repaired, Memo’sMart reserves the right to replace it with a similar model of equal value. 
Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid only with proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation). 
- 
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and normal usage of the device. 
- 
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or lack of proper maintenance is not covered under this warranty. 
How to Claim Warranty

Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process and arrange for inspection or service.

Repairs and replacements will be carried out free of charge within the warranty coverage period. 
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:

Physical damage, drops, or liquid damage.

Accessories and consumables (such as batteries, cables, or chargers) unless specifically stated.
