Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care products (such as creams, lotions, wipes, and feeding items).

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition.

  • Clearance or promotional items marked as “Final Sale.”


Return & Refund Process

1. Submit a Return Request
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

2. Inspection of Returned Item
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements.

3. Refund Method
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Memo’sMart.


Exchange Policy

At this time, Memo’sMart does not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, you may place a new order after your return is processed.


Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect product, please notify us immediately.
Memo’sMart will cover the full return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
