1. Return Period

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging (sealed), and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Return Fees & Shipping

Return Shipping: We offer Free Return Shipping for all eligible items. You will not be charged any shipping fees to send the product back to us.

Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees (0 EGP) for any returned items.
3. Return Label & Method

Return Method: Returns are handled by mail/courier.

Return Label: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return label via email (Download and Print) or send our representative to collect the item from your location.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if the original factory seal has been broken:

Personal care products (creams, lotions, wipes, and feeding items).

Any product that has been opened or used.

Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
5. Refund Process

Submit Request: Contact our support via email or WhatsApp within the 14-day window.

Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong product, Memo’sMart will take full responsibility for the exchange or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
